Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment Policy Black Pearl Odysseys By booking a trip with Black Pearl Odysseys, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review carefully before completing your reservation. Booking & Reservation Your spot on a trip is not secured until your booking is completed and your initial payment is successfully processed. All trips are offered on a limited-availability basis and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment Options Depending on the trip selected, guests may choose: Pay in Full – One-time payment at checkout Monthly Payment Plan – Equal monthly installments until the total trip cost is paid in full Payment details and schedules are displayed at checkout prior to confirmation. Payment Plan Terms Monthly payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file. Payments must remain current to maintain your reservation. Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund, and reinstatement is not guaranteed. Refund & Cancellation Policy All payments made to Black Pearl Odysseys are non-refundable, including deposits, partial payments, and paid-in-full bookings. We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment. Trip Modifications Black Pearl Odysseys reserves the right to adjust itineraries, accommodations, or activities due to weather, safety concerns, vendor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated when possible. Travel Insurance Travel insurance is not included in the trip price. Guests are encouraged to obtain coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, delays, and interruptions. Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for valid travel documents, meeting entry requirements, and arriving on time for scheduled activities. Black Pearl Odysseys is not responsible for losses related to missed flights, delays, or documentation issues.
