Payment Options Depending on the trip selected, guests may choose: Pay in Full – One-time payment at checkout Monthly Payment Plan – Equal monthly installments until the total trip cost is paid in full Payment details and schedules are displayed at checkout prior to confirmation. Payment Plan Terms Monthly payments are automatically charged to the payment method on file. Payments must remain current to maintain your reservation. Missed or failed payments may result in cancellation of your booking without refund, and reinstatement is not guaranteed. Refund & Cancellation Policy All payments made to Black Pearl Odysseys are non-refundable, including deposits, partial payments, and paid-in-full bookings. We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance to protect your investment.
